“Overall, my experience with Printplace has been great. My only concern is their customer support-some of the messages I have received have been flagged as spam because of typos/misspellings and a different email address that wasn't marked as Printplace (so I then confirmed with Printplace's official reps to ensure it was actually from them, and it was). This makes me think their customer support is out-of-house and out-of-country. It'd be nice if it was not the case. However, they always take care of my issues and always give good products with quality printing and fast turnaround time which I greatly appreciate!”
