Customer Service Representative - Arlington, TX

Position Description:
PrintPlace.com is looking for outstanding Customer Service Representatives. This important position is responsible for creating a strong positive online printing experience for all customers by providing outstanding service and sales. We strive to provide a resolution for each customer with the objective of retaining customers. CSRs may be required to do basic troubleshooting of artwork, handle confidential client information and maintain professionalism and composure during escalated calls. CSRs interact with customers via telephone, email, online tickets and live chat. Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking are required for this fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound calls
- Interact with customers via email, online support ticket system, live chat
- Provide Outstanding Customer Service
- Handle client information with care and confidence
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of high-volume customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to flourish in a fast pace work environment.
- Computer literate, with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills; has the ability to type at least 45 wpm.
- Problem solving abilities.
- PC experience with familiarity of several computer applications; Outlook, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Windows XP/Vista.
- Must be able to multi-task and alternate between and work in multiple programs while on the phone and/or live chat with customers.
- The ideal candidate is highly motivated and able to work well both independently and with others.
- Has a great attitude; understands that every call/chat could be a potential order.
- Printing or graphics experience preferred. Inside sales experience a plus.

Bindery Machine Operator – Arlington, TX
Position Description:
PrintPlace.com is currently looking for several individuals who have experience operating bindery equipment. The ideal candidate for this position has a minimum of five years of experience in the printing industry operating one or more of the following pieces of equipment: Stahl Folder; MBO Folder; Polar Cutter; Mueller Stitcher Trimmer; and/or UV Coater. Beyond experienced, this individual should be self motivated, able to work within a team and have the ability to multi-task.
Duties/Responsibilities
An individual in this position is responsible for operating the bindery equipment in a responsible manner while ensuring high productivity.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Cutting, folding, saddle binding and die cutting
- Ensures full compliance with each specific jobs finishing requirements
- Ensures Bindery Manager is aware of any product with printing defects
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work station
- Performs preventative maintenance on the machinery as required
- Provides Bindery Manager with written requests for any machine parts/required repairs
- All other duties as assigned

First Pressman – Fort Worth TX
Position Description:
PrintPlace.com is currently seeking an individual with 5+ years of experience on a Lithrone Komori Press with a coater.
Duties/Responsibilities
An individual in this position is in charge of operating the press in a responsible manner while ensuring quality printing. The First Pressman is also accountable for meeting and/or exceeding productivity goals set by the Production Manager.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Fully understanding what is required of each job (quantity, stock specifications, colors, special instructions, etc)
- Machine set-up procedures including changing plates, paper stock, etc
- Monitoring the operation of the press throughout the run to ensure the quality/correctness of the jobs printed
- Ensuring the Second Pressman is aware/understands their duties/responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following all lock out/tag out procedures
- Following established procedures and using recommended equipment to prevent ergonomic injury
- All other duties as assigned

Position Description:
PrintPlace.com is currently seeking an individual with 3+ years of experience on a Lithrone or LS Komori Press with a coater.

The ideal candidate for this position is one who has at least one year of experience in the printing industry working in a bindery. We run a busy shop, so you must be punctual, have a great attitude and the ability to multi-task.

This position is responsible for many different tasks throughout the day which may include:
- Assisting the operator with cutting, folding, saddle binding and die cutting;
- Staging pallets and skids;
- Inspection and sorting of jobs;
- Boxing/packaging of jobs;
- Making the Bindery Manager aware of any product shortages;
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work station; and
- All other duties as assigned

- Ability to lift up to fifteen pounds
