What does this mean to you?
This means that once your job passes art verification, your job will ship on the estimated ship date shown on your account page.
If there is a problem with your artwork, your job will be placed on hold and your ship date will be affected. While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs, PrintPlace is not obligated to expedite jobs that are on hold due to Art Suspect status.
The On-Time Guarantee covers production turnaround only.
What if your job ships late?
If we ship your job late, PrintPlace will upgrade the shipping, at no additional cost to you, in order to meet the arrival date you would have had if your order were to have shipped on time. If this is not possible (for instance, if you have 1 day turn with overnight shipping), PrintPlace will refund you the difference between the turnaround time you ordered and the actual turnaround time.
This guarantee is limited to a shipping upgrade or turnaround time refund and does not cover any damages or claims incurred by you or your business if you receive printed materials which are incomplete or later than your estimated delivery date.
