Folded posters are eligible to mail at Letter or Flat rates, depending on the final/folded dimensions.

Letter Rate (average $.27each for Standard)

Requirements:

• Minimum size: 3.5" high x 5" wide
• Maximum size: 6.125" high x 11.5" wide
• Ratio: Width divided by Height must fall between 1" and 2.5"
• Tabbing: folded flyers must tab closed to mail at automated postal rates. Single tab is required if tabbing at top of mailing panel, double tab if tabbing at bottom.  Tabbing edge must be parallel to the folded bottom edge.
• Design: must include a 4" wide x 2" tall unprinted area in bottom right corner of mailing panel

Flat Rate (average $.53 each for Standard)

Requirements:

• Minimum size: 5" high x 6" wide
• Maximum size: 12" high x 15" wide
• Tabbing: folded flyers must tab closed to mail at automated postal rates. Single tab is required if tabbing at top of mailing panel, double tab if tabbing at bottom.  Tabbing edge must be parallel to the folded bottom edge.
• Design: must include a 4" wide x 2" tall unprinted area
