Is there a minimum quantity order for label printing?

Yes, you can order a minimum of 25 pieces for the cut-to-size format. Roll labels require a minimum of 250 pieces.

Is it cheaper to print your labels?

While the costs may be cheaper on paper, the quality of your labels may suffer from using an at-home printer. We recommend using a professional printer to make the most out of your budget.

How much will it cost to print labels?

The cost depends on the quantity, shape, format, material, and coating of your labels. The larger your order quantity, the less you spend on each label. For example, 250 square cut-to-size labels cost 10¢ per piece, while 500 pieces of the same type only cost 5¢. Bulk printing reduces the cost of each individual label.

How do I add a logo to my custom label design?

You can download any of our print templates and open them in your preferred editing software. You can design a file and add your logo using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, or Microsoft Publisher.

Alternatively, you can use our online design tool. Just add a logo from your device or create it directly on your browser.

What are the different types of waterproof materials available?

White vinyl sticker is available for cut-to-size labels. This is waterproof and can withstand indoor and outdoor exposure. It comes in high gloss coating that you can write on with a permanent ink marker.

BOPP refers to a plastic material that is oil and water resistant. Perfect for products that are stored in the kitchen or your bathroom. This material is even resistant to certain chemicals, such as bleaches and disinfectants.

What is the fastest printing time available for my labels?

Cut-to-size labels can be printed in one (1) business day, while the roll type takes two (2) business days to print. The printing or turnaround time indicates how long it takes to produce your order. It does not include the shipping transit time.

To find out your labels’ shipping time, select “Get Shipping Estimate” at the bottom of the online calculator. After inputting your ZIP code, you’ll see estimated arrival times for your order.

Will I receive proof before the custom labels are printed?

Yes, you can have a free PDF proof sent for approval. On the “Upload Your Design” page, select “I need a PDF proof” under the “Proofing Options.” The proof will be available for download from the Shopping Card or on your My Account page after checkout.

Note: You must approve the PDF proof so we can proceed with production.
