“I received a notice that I needed to proof my order before printing. Being a newbie, at first I was taken aback, but on taking a closer look at the proof, I discovered a couple of typos that needed fixing, and I adjusted the font size to stay within the "safe" zone. I found the "File Issues" a bit confusing - not sure what "Design Tool Issue" meant, and not sure whether you had fixed the issues you mentioned already. Went through several versions before perfection, but achieved my desired result with the help of some coaching from PrintPlace customer service.”
