Maximize Brand Exposure at Events With Step and Repeat Banners
These banners function as branded backdrops commonly used at events and photo ops. They typically feature a logo or brand graphic in a consistent pattern, so it appears in photos and videos.
Aside from serving as a branded backdrop, step and repeat banners also create a professional look and make any event feel premium and polished.
Standard Sizes to Ensure Proper Framing
Our step-and-repeat banners are available in standard sizes (width by height) to ensure proper framing and full-body shots in photos and videos.
- 5' x 8' fits 2-3 people and suits casual events like birthday parties.
- 8' x 8' can comfortably accommodate 4-5 and is ideal for small and medium-sized events, press conferences, and red-carpet entrances.
- 10' x 8' is perfect for a large group shot (7-8 subjects) and suits corporate events and gala nights.
Durable, Weather-Resistant Materials
We print our banners on 13 oz. vinyl and 18 oz. matte vinyl; both materials are perfect for indoor and outdoor use.
13 oz. vinyl
- Tear-resistant and can withstand temperatures below -4°F
- More flexible and lighter, making it ideal if portability is a top requirement
- A more affordable option
18 oz. matte vinyl
- Additional durability; can withstand strong winds and temperatures below -22°F
- Its matte finish reduces glare in photos
- A thicker and more rigid option
- Ideal for repeated use
Note: Both materials look equally good on camera.
2 Ways to Install Step and Repeat Banners
Our banners are available as a set (banner + stand) and banner-only. You can also add grommets or pole pockets, depending on your preferred installation method.
- Grommets or metal eyelets are reinforced holes that let you hang banners with rope, zip ties, or hooks.
- Pole pockets are the ideal installation method if you prioritize clean presentation, as they display banners without visible hardware. If you order a banner with a stand, it automatically comes with top and bottom pole pockets.
How to Assemble Your Step and Repeat Banners
Wondering how to assemble your step and repeat banner and stand? It's easier than you think — one person can set it up in minutes.

1. Connect the top and bottom horizontal telescoping poles. Make sure both horizontal pole sets have the same length.

2. Use the screw to connect the base to the vertical telescoping pole. Extend the vertical poles to their length then connect them together.

3. Adjust the horizontal poles to a length a little past the banner length. Connect the top horizontal poles into the pole pocket at the top of the banner.

4. Tighten the top horizontal pole to the vertical poles with a screw knob.

5. Roll the banner out before placing the horizontal poles at the bottom of the banner. Insert the horizontal pole into the bottom pole pocket.

6. Attach the bottom horizontal pole to the vertical poles with the screw knob.

7. Double check if the vertical telescope poles are securely attached.

8. Adjust the bases before standing the banner up.
Pro Tip: Once the banner is upright, check that all telescoping poles are firmly secured. Tighten as needed—but avoid overdoing it, as over-tightening can make disassembly difficult.

- Diagonal or alternating patterns is the standard layout. This is especially useful for businesses with multiple logos for several products or smaller companies.
