“It was not anywhere near the color we sent and that I approved and the person I spoke with on the phone was very difficult to understand. The envelopes that were printed were not the color we sent as well as the color not being consistent. Also they were are folded inconstantly. We have already sent about 15 photos to the person who was trying to help us. I have ordered different items in the past without any issue. We have some items sitting in our cart to fix this but our Communications Director is not confident that we will not have the same issue.”

“5,000 sheets of WHITE letterhead shoved into huge, dirty cardboard boxes with no interior packaging whatsoever. First time I've ever had this problem. When I called to inquire, the printplace response what that they don't have a policy about boxing. Sometimes you might get nice, neat interior boxes and sometimes you might get crumpled up, dirty products. If I had known that, I would have requested shrink wrapping, but I've ordered letterhead many times and always gotten it in 8.5 x 11 boxes of 250. You let me down, guys! Quality control is important for a repeat customer like me!!! This makes me want to order from someone else next time :(”

“There was no place for special instructions in the order module. I needed to add incremental number in the footer. As soon as it was paid it went to approval and there was no way to change the order. When I called, the first rep didn't know that I couldn't change the order. She said someone will call me back. The 2nd agent hung up in the middle of the call. The 3rd agent let me know the real picture. The 2 business days is very misleading. We paid on Thursday. But the order was ready to pickup on next Tuesday. I guess your service is only good for B2B who understand you system and not for B2C who may need printing once a year or so. Then why don't you say so?”

“I ordered envelopes and letterhead using the same file art. The letterhead came out perfect the envelopes printed to light. Called customer service they said that my art file was differerent wich is was not. The quality control person was to call me back I have not heard back been 3 days so far”
