Remember, the best way to ensure your order arrives in time for your holiday promotion is to order early. When does production time start?

If you didn’t request a proof, production starts after you completed your order. If you requested a digital proof, production time starts once we receive your approval. Take note that production turnaround times are based on business days, Monday through Friday, and exclude all national and federal holidays.

Why does it take 10-15 days to produce my shipping and mailer boxes?

Our shipping and mailer boxes are custom made. We start production once you give your design approval. Each product goes through our stringent print check process to ensure you receive the best product possible.

Can you guarantee the shipping turnaround time?

We guarantee the production turnaround time. The delivery time will depend on the shipper. We recommend following the production timelines outlined above, which already takes into account production and shipping time.

Proof approval will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of placing your order. Remember to check your inbox and spam folders periodically.
