Step-by-Step Setup and Assembly

1. Make sure you have all the parts before you start. 

• Your retractable banner set includes a carrying case, an aluminum base with the vinyl banner inside, and a support pole.
• Premium and deluxe banners may also include optional LED lighting. If you ordered this add-on, check that it arrived with your set.

2. Set up the base. 

• Take all the parts out of the carrying case and put the aluminum base on a flat, level surface.
• If you have a standard banner, turn the stabilizing feet outward to keep the base steady.

3. Assemble the support pole. 

• Connect the pieces of the support pole, then place the bottom end into the hole in the base.
• If you have a premium retractable banner, adjust the pole’s height by releasing the middle tab and extending it to the right height.

4.  Attach the banner carefully. 

• Gently pull the banner out of the base and attach the top to the other end of the pole.
• If you have a double-sided deluxe banner, pull out each graphic one at a time and attach both tops to the stand.

5. Check your assembled banner one more time.
